Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Lived here for 3 years. Management is friendly. Maintenance is excellent. Prices are a bit high. Moved out on the 30th of July and it is now August 16th and am still waiting for security deposit. Overall I was pleased with my stay at Quaker Estates.
