The grounds, buildings, and interior apartments themselves had a pleasant feel. There was a mix of residents from young people starting out to seniors.
My two major complaints:
1) money was put to cosmetic repairs (driveway) rather than repairs to improve life of residents (severely leaky roof was leaking before I got there and wasn't fixed until a month before I left and I was there two years)
2) rent increased from $15-50 per year

I'm a current resident and have lived here 4 separate times in the past 13 years. I currently have been here 8 years. I have never had a problem with repairs. Just a few weeks ago, my heat wasn't working. I called in the morning and while I was working, the maintenance staff repaired the hardware. My immediate neighbor said they were there all day. When I moved in, my rent was $ 680/month. Now it's $ 775. That's about a $ 12 increase per year. Not bad I'd say.
