Pretty nice for the proce. Easy Parking. Well kept grounds. Only had a problem once with the AC and once with the smoke detector-both problems were fixed the same day. I had a two bedroom lower level apartment. My only complaint was the noise. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything through the vents. My upstairs would stay up late into the night running and jumping. It was extremley annoying. I would recommend getting an upper apartment to solve this problem.
