I like the grounds and the apartment is roomy and comfortable, but the rent goes up $25 a year. I was previously in another building and wanted to return to my old apartment which became available, but was told I would have to sign a new lease that would be $45 more a month for the same size apartment I have now. In addition I would be charged a redecorating fee of $200. I feel this is unfare, and am planning to move away from here when my lease expires.
