The location is great. The office staff is always more than eager to help. The maintenance crew is responsive. The parking is more than adequate, and snow removal is usually excellent. The pool is always clean and a great perk. You also have access to a workout room and tennis court. My only concern is if the rent keeps going up, I will have to look elsewhere, but would regret having to leave this complex.
