We have been very happy at Regency Court. The gounds crew keeps the sidewalks shoveled, and the driveways plowed during the winter and maintain the landscaping during the summer making it a pleasure to use our patio. The building hallways are maintained daily by the housekeeping staff. The administrative assistants are a pleasure to deal with. Summers at the pool are extremely enjoyable, the pool area is always kept clean, although the water could be a little warmer. The maintenance crew does it best to respond in a timely manner to a workorder request. If I had to find fault it would be with the laundry room; washers and dryers could be updated in a more timely fashion as some don't work in a very efficient manner. At the cost of $3.00 to wash and dry a load of clothes, some of that money could be spent to routinely update machines.
