My husband and I spent a lot of time looking at apartments before deciding on Regency Court. The staff is great! They are very friendly and work very hard to keep their tenants happy. The property manager goes above and beyond to plan different events throughout the year such as patio decorating contests and back to school parties for the kids. Recency Court has a swimming pool, tennis court, and a small gym that are available for their tenants. Even though the property is less than a mile from Ralph Wilson Stadium traffic on Sundays has never been a problem for us. There is a security guard at the entrance to the property to make sure only residence are parking in the lots during home games. We can also get guest parking passes for our friends and family if they are going to a Bills game. The only negative thing about Recency Court is the fact that they do not have any smoke free buildings. This would be a problem for someone with allergies and people who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. I was forced to purchase air purifiers to get rid of the smoke smell that travels into our apartment.
