They were very nice when we moved cos lot of their apartments were waiting to be rented out. They gave out specials to attract the tenants. When we signed the lease with them a lady who had been a tenant at this community warned us about the increase in rent, poor maintainence staff, high gas bills etc. but we could not do anything. Now that we moved out last month we experienced everything. They made us pay to change the whole apartment carpet. They try to get everything out of you. This complex is just old house where very old people are living who do not wish to move out otherwise there are better options in the area. The neighbors were p....cos of the bad behaviour of the manager who just greets you with a stern look on her face. Berry is an eye sore who knows nothing of the workmanship. HOnestly this is the worst experience of being a tenant and I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone except to the old peoplewho want to live there forever.
