While it appears that the management is doing what they can, the low rent for this complex definitely draws the low-rent crowd. The apartments are nice, though slightly dated, but the loud music and poor trash management leave a bit to be desired; for the price you can forgive some of this. I'm not sure what the smoking rules in the complex are, but when neighbors light-up you can smell it in your apartment, if smoking is not banned it should be. It is a very nice village location, restraunts within a block and a gas station in front make it very convenient.

I beg to differ regarding the above review. I am a resident and lived at the complex for over one year and have had no problems. The office management and maintenance staff are incredible! It is a very clean, quiet, and safe complex. Come and see for yourself.
