| 02/27/2013 | hi im dave .......i currently live here in balsam village for about 8 years ..im extrimely pleased with management maintance staff my parking space the grounds r cleaned daily its very close to kennedy airport the belt parkway linden blvd atlantic ave the southern state parkway the van wyck expressway and 30 minutes to manhattan there r many local stores a short walk away .... the apartments are spacious clean well maintained and the grounds r professionally maintained and in the winter snow removal is immediate .... ....the complex is safe clean and priced very fairly ......i would recommend my ...
