I have lived at Penbrooke Meadows for 3 years now and I love it. Here's my viewpoint on it all...

1. My kitchen was all new cabinets and appliances. It is a small space, but plenty of working room for me to cook dinner. I have looked at some other apartments recently and I realize how lucky I am to have such a nice kitchen!!!

2. When I first moved in I did experience some ants, as was mentioned in earlier entries, but I placed some ant traps down and they haven't been back to visit. That was over 2 1/2 years ago. The management office offered to pay for the traps, but since it cost me a total of $5 - it wasn't a big deal.

3. Over the 3 years I have had to call maintenance a few times. They have always been extremely promt in making repairs and courteous to deal with. I can't ask for more than that!!

4. The neighborhood is great and the prices are unbeatable. I work on the opposite side of town and recently considered moving due to the distance I travel, but after looking around I definately want to stay right here.

I would definately recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking.

I would never believe that offered to pay for traps... I lived there for 2.5 years, kept complaining about ants.. they never even offer a service.
