Lived there for one year in a two bedroom. It would've been pretty tight if I had a roommate, but used second room as an office so it was spacious enough (as long as only 1 person needed to be in the kitchen at a time). Rent was low, location was ideal. Office staff was always really friendly, and inspection when I moved out was completely painless. I ran and biked a lot from here, and there are some nice routes with low traffic. When A/C broke, they fixed it quickly. Had a nice stream in backyard with ducks.

Only complaints: Turning left out of either exit (onto 250 or 441) can be a headache, especially in morning rush hour. The walls were pretty thin, so I could hear the neighbor kids when they were loud. The neighborhood kids loiter a lot on the corner of the property and are destructive/messy/typical obnoxious teenagers. Had an issue with bees on the balcony.

You get what you pay for here. It's pretty affordable living, so don't expect MTV Cribs to be filming their next episode at your apartment. Compared to other apartments nearby, it's well maintained, reasonably priced, and office staff never once gave me the evil eye.

They never gave you the evil eye because you probably never ask them about anything. The friend of mine lived there for one year then moved out and they charged him 275 for the one single spot on the carpet.
