I currently live in Penbrooke for almost 2 1/2 years. I have a three bedroom townhouse. I have never had any problems. Whenever I need maintenance for any problems in my townhouse they come within minutes. As for the women in the office they also have been very nice to any concerns I have.

I'm not kidding, I lived in those apartments and luckily moved out...I just want to help others to make right decision while looking for the apartment...unfortunately we didn't read any reviews before moved in and therefore spend 2 years fighting with maintenance trying to make them fix water leakage problems, finally just moved out
