Great place, nice quite, BUT.. I've never in my life seen so rude unfriendly stuff. Those ladies.. well if you can call them 'ladies' after all, are very rude, have no clue about customer satisfaction, they are absolutely not helpful if you have problems. There is no way you can get in touch with higher level manager because the people in the office will never give you the contact number... Maintenance guys don't know how to fix or repair. We had leak under the sink in the kitchen, they came and 'fix' it, but the water started leaking underneath the dishwasher. Plus they keep charging you for whatever they fix. If you are planning to move to 3 bedroom be prepared that through the entire spring and fall you will have water floods in the basement. Also basement is so humid.. once you move in you need immediately buy dehumidifier. And forget about complaining to the office stuff.. they will not be helpfull.So...if after reading this review you are still ready to move to this place, please prepare to fight with office stuff and maintenance people.... and be patient... you will need it.:)

I have the similar problem - the water is leaking in the basement every time it rains. We have been complaining for over 1,5 years, nothing is fixed so far...there are a lot of apartments in Penfield/Fairport area much better and cheaper than Penbrooke Medow. Read reviews and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
