These apartments are very old and are not worth what you're paying for them. The water is dripping on your head from rotten ceilings, the tiles are falling off in your bathroom, the heat never works or barely warms up your apartment to a required minimum of 68 F. Management will never come to an agreement with you, and even if conditions in your apartment are worse than ever, will not let you terminate your lease or move to a new apartment without a fee. It's ridiculous... I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

The super is a drugged up drunk cocaine junkie !! He steals from the owners for his own profit. Selling oak kitchen cabinets, bathroom tubs and tile, dishwashers, disposals, toilets and other building supplies just to feed his bad habit. How doe's he get away with this you ask? He has the ownership under his thumb, He says and we quote " THEY ARE SO RICH THEIR DUMB" It looks to us that the owners are the puppets and the super is pulling the strings!!! HOW SAD... He has charged thousands of dollars for his own personal use on the ownerships charge accounts at Lowes and Home depot,.. They dont know this because when he comes in on friday with his billing ststements they dont look they just sign off.. HOW BLIND!!IF THEY DID THEY WOULD KNOW THE REAL TRUTH.
