Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Penbrooke Meadows is a nightmare and i will never refere anyone to them again i believe they are rascist and the rental manager is a b**** who is cold hearted and will not tell you who is higher than her to make any complates there are things that i was charged with that other tenets had done for free i feel because i am on section 8 that i was not treated fairly.
