I have lived at this complex during the years 1996-2000 and liked it so much I moved back in 2004. I felt the need to move back to a place that had a great staff and great location. However in mid 2005, the complex was taken over by a new management company. They fired all the office staff and maintence staff and made many changes. The new management company and office staff make promises the dont keep and the new maintence staff dont seem to care if things get fixed in your unit or not. They did however put a new roof on my building. BUT, they didnt not inform the residents that the work would start at 6AM for 2weeks straight. The bottom line is, the apartments are nice and spacious. The grounds kept well and is a great location. But that is secondary to being treated with respect and knowing that if something breaks or a promise is made that it will be attended to. I would not recommend this complex anymore.
