I have lived at Penfield Skyline apartments for a few months, but have nothing but praise for the complex staff. They do want to get things done in a timely manner, but some things have more priority over others, say a water problem over a renovation. Keeping their tenants safe and happy is their goal. Yes, I agree many upgrades still need to be done to keep up with other complexes, so hopefully this will happen and they will have many happy renters for a long time!

No kidding...who are they trying to kid? Did we just fall out of the sky??
