This complex is under a new owner...
I have not lived here very long. At first (which was real quick) things were fine. Work orders are not done correctly when I call so you need to call back; making your home continually interrupted. I have had my things damaged, the halls are dirty/smell of cat urine, the front entrances are filthy with cob webs and trash/cigarette butts. The doors are always open so non-tenants are in and out. You can never find a parking spot. The owner said to call if you needed something--- When that occurred, his mannerism/interuptions when I spoke made it almost impossible for me to speak to him so now I just deal with the above. I can go on and on but I am sure you get the picture. It takes more than just pretty flowers in the front of the place and a few lights on your sign to make a place. Also, the pool was not opened until late in the season and yep...you guessed it... another excuse.
