Cheap but nice - Wow really most of you that live here pay hardly nothing in rent and everything is included. Dorinda takes a lot of bull from tenants that want her to bend over backwards to anything they want. Just like most of us we all have higher ups that make the calls. Good place to live - I loved my apartment at Penfield Village, it was an upstairs unit with new carpet and they accepted cats. My neighbors were so loud! I live with young children in a building full of young people. Between the parties every weekend and the pot smoking that i could smell in my apartment it was unreal. the grounds were nice and management was great. But the people sucked!
