Spacious, but nothing special Apartments are spacious, but bathrooms and kitchens are dated (1970's). Varies from noisy to quiet depending if you have college kids as immediate neighbors. Parking for guests a problem. Since acquired by Cabot Group, been raising annual rents

Too Loud If you have a family or if you are 30 or older, do not live here. They are letting college students live here and they are very loud at all hours of the night and day as well. We have complained, but little has changed. They take up all the parking spots and don't respect
