You won't be told there is no parking for your car or cars until you move in There is no parking here. Now you can't even have guests as there is never guest parking. How was this development allowed to be built with so many units and not enough parking spaces? Who did Avalon or Ginsberg

good prices and some wacky people I have lived here for about a year now and I have to say that the prices are really good. I pay 1900 for a one bed with a loft. The ammenities could be better..the gym kind of sucks b/c of old equipment.

No Way!! I lived her and let me tell you appearance is defintely not everything, and that's taking it slightly. The maintence "boys" are very immature and some don't even speak English very well. There is constantly something wrong. I bet you that in a week these people must get approx. 50

Best place we have ever lived in! My wife and I moved to Crystal Hill Club from New City after we sold our home and it has been a pleasure. The staff is wonderful and the grounds are spotless. I have no complaints, just praise.

Don´t even think about it !!!!!!!!! Lies where ever you look, not even located in Pomona but in Garnerville. Not supposed to leave shoes in front of your own door, if you store some stuff in your Garage it will be removed on your expense. Gated community in this case is like prison.
