I thought that Lakeshore Villas would be different than living in Poughkeepsie but I was sooooo wrong, no one is friendly here whatsoever, the kids are all little brats (except for a select few) I've had to yell at some neighbors a few times for blocking the ENTIRE road when someone is moving (which they supposedly don't allow). The lake is discusting, (depends on which side your on). Make sure you look at the apartment FIRST before you move in, they should give you a checklist. Overall I give this place an F
