My family and I have lived here for a couple of years. We were promised repairs that were never done. New managers in 2007 are so rude and arrogant. Emergency calls are not answered. Bug problems are ignored. The outside of the buidings are filthy and noise is a big problem. Assigned parking is never available as visitors use up the spaces and management does nothing about it. The place is overall run down and not kept up. Vandalism is a problem. Air conditioner has broken several times during the hot summer months. The complex is a fire hazard as the airconditioners are old and under wood built buildings, there was a fire under one of the buiding in 2005. The complex is definitely not worth the rent and rent increases. Sure the lake view is beautiful but so often people through garbage into the lake and ruin the beauty of the lake. The laundry room is not always clean, especially on weekends. Definitely not an upscale neighborhood. The pool in the summer closes often as life guards are not always available we are told. Would we recommend this place to other potential renters....never. Moving in the very near future.
