Im really upset that this has come to this. Since i am the family that the "concerned tenant" is talking about I feel that i have a right to respond. First off all, i feel that your directional may be off because there is only one child that is home during the day with me. My two school-aged children and husband both leave at 8:30 in the morning and do not return till well after 8 in the evening. I am at work till 11:30pm and my kids are with a sitter in another town. If you ever had taken the time to talk to my husband or children you would know that sadly their activites have been restricted one out of consideration of your health issues and also the constant complaining from you that is annoying. Im tired of it being made to seem like we are some undomesticated people with out of control children. My children are very considerate so much that they have had toys and other things taken from them so it can be quiet for your family. and i dont feel that i should have to constantly restrict them. They have been living like tiny prisoners in their own home and its unfair. Understand these are very old apartments and you can hear people talk in the rooms, take showers, close their doors, EVERYTHING!!!! Thats the reality of the situations. We are all possibly home two nites out of the week all together where this "noise" is a possibility. Don't say we dont consider you because we have, trust me. I have come and talk to you before and if feel like there was no resolution the mature thing to do is to talk to me, not post false accusations online. i dont complain when there is noise from your home or any of the other neighbors cause guess what, the walls are that thin! One thing that will not happen...YOU WILL NOT PORTRAY MY CHILDREN AS BEING THESE OUT OF CONTROL PEOPLE!!!!! NEXT TIME YOU HAVE AN ISSUE TALK TO ME AS YOU KNOW I AM HOME MOST DAYS ALONE OR WITH MY TODDLER TILL 2PM. I I KNOW EXACTLY WHO THIS MESSAGE IS FOR BECAUSE YOUR LAST NAME IS ON YOUR EMAIL WHICH IS ALSO ON YOUR FRONT DOOR!!!

One would think the MANAGEMENT would be able to compromise and/or resolve this issue. Don't count on it. This complex "talks" a good game but that place is a WRECK. It used to be touted as "luxury apartments" before the rains made the swamps around the property swell and the rats ascended! Management is terrible. They pit tenant against tenant trying to solve problems.
