We moved into lakeshore thinking it was this nice community. Turns out it is not!! It is full of section 8 people that do not work. When you take a walk at night (if you dare) all there is is screaming and fighting. Theres kids running around at 1am vandilizing cars and setting off alarms. The prices keep going up and up. They are offering NOTHING new. We have had a step broken on the way to our apartment for a year now and have repeatedly asked for it to be fixed. There are fires constantly. The laundry rooms are DIRTY and half of the machines are not functionable. The mail room is ALWAYS left open and kids are always playing in there. I would definatly stay away from this place!
