Heartless company This company is completely heartless!!!! My mother passed away before the end of her lease & since she 'broke her lease" by dying, the company kept $2600 in security! I would NOT rent from them!!!!

Beautiful apartments, well worth the extra expense. One of the nicest apartment complexes in the area. Surprisingly large and newly renovated. Well insulated Iā??ve never had a problem hearing my neighbors through the walls. The one bedrooms are around 900 square feet with a huge master bedroom

Not recommended for sr. citizens, healthy or not On death of apartment tenant, fairfield comes after the family and holds them responsible for the duration of the contract or forces them to pay monthly rent from the time the apartment was vacated (keys handed in) until they next choose to rent it.

STAY AWAY I would say STAY AWAY!!!!!! I have lived here almost 6 years. My rent has been raised $100 each lease renewal. It always advertised free heating, well that changed as of this year. They also tack on a realestate tax. The maintence dept is great. They take care of repairs very quickly.

Noisy through the floor below While the apartments are pretty big and look quite nice, they seem to be somewhat poorly constructed. I don't mind this too much, since I don't own the place, but the floors are very thin, and I hear my neighbor downstairs play the TV or radio

Frustrating Rent went up twice in less than a year I lived there. taxes and heat increase. To renew another $100.00 which in my opinion a discount instead of a raise should be offered especially if you have been a steady paying tenant. The price is high for this complex compared to others offered
