I have lived at meadow east for about a year and a half and I love it, my neighbors even though they have changed a few times are very quiet and pretty nice when saying Hi. The heat and hot water is included which I love cause I freeze in the winter! We love Tammy and she really helps us when we need help, we love how much space we have even though the kitchen is pretty small! I like the ceiling fan in the dining room when it gets hot, there is a space in the wall for the a/c unit. The windows kind of suck but we don't pay for the heat so it doesn't really matter! The people before us had a kitty so we've had to invest in plugins because the carpets couldn't be cleaned all the way cause the cat sprayed. I believe the staff here is very accommodating even though they aren't around, you can always get a hold of them. The only thing I HATE! is the bar across the street, many nights have we been woken up to drunken townies, ugh the cops don't do very much so make sure your not on the side with the bar!
