Swan landing is one of the best apartments in potsdam area.
The carpets are really bad and don't waste your time and energy in cleaning,vccuming and shampooing hem at all.After doing all these you will still find rust like stains.
Basements are just for keeping the washer and dryer.Lots of spiders and cobwebs will always be there irrespective of repeated cleaning.
Maintenance is poor.Office staff is horrible.They are never available to take your complaints and wouldn't respond in 3-4months.
