I cant bear the manager the apartment manager, named Tammy is total -------. she do nothing but ask you to pay the fee. she come to work at most two days per week. when you try to find her, you'll always get the voicemail and she never reply you.

This is an ideal place for a college student or a starter family. The staff is never available, however the rent is cheap and the apt/townhouse is roomy. The material is cheap, but compared to the other places in Potsdam, this place is ideal for a college student or a starter family.

Worst Service Ever!!! Meadow East is the worst apartment complex ever! The lady who runs this complex is never available. You can rarely contact her in the office or via phone to report problems. On the rare occasion you can contact her...she is rude and impersonal. I recommend never renting
