These apartments are infested with mold! I have friends who have had sinus infections since they've moved in. The noise levels on the weekends are extremely high. The office help is never available and are not helpful when you ask questions.

there is no mold,people get sick its does not mean its the apt.,the office is on site we live here.we are here to answer questions but not to be harassed we are a family also and deserve some privacy. i.e. it would nice to be outside on a sunday and not listen about a squeek, ratle,drip etc.. cherry hill north is old school with people living on site most places are not letting people live on site..we give 150% effort.for the last 10yrs we have been 100% full mostly by word of mouth.we can not make people happy that has to come from within themselves.as far as noise its as quite as a church ,staff makes sure of it.
