We lived in Cherry Hill for two years. Our apartment was clean (though the walls had many, many layers of paint, which was kind of weird) but small. The bathroom is very tiny, but the WIC in the bedroom is nice. Overall,management is approachable and was pretty good about responding to our issues. However, the floors are very squeaky (annoying to walk on,VERY annoying if you live on first floor as you can hear every step your neighbors take!) The soundproofing is good through the walls, but not through the floors. You won't be able to hear your neighbor next to you, but can understand conversations of your neighbors above or below you. The grounds are well maintained, but there is a lot of noise/traffic within this neighborhood. If you have small children, be careful; most residents don't obey stop / traffic signs. And yes, those speed bumps will get REALLY annoying. Overall a good place to live, but rent was getting too expensive for what we were getting.

they paid $850 a month including heat,all maintaince request done within a week or less and very professionaly.perfection is a fairy tale,the staff gives 150% and then some.
