I must say, I have lived in Chery Hill North for a couple of years now, and the experience has not been a bad one. Other people who have posted have been correct. The landscaping is beautiful (and decorated nicely at Christmas time) and it is fairly quiet. The price of rent is unbeatable in the area, especially including heat and hot water. The management has got about an 8 out of 10 on my scale. Will never pickup the phone, but will call you back if you leave a message. Call back times vary from one day to a few days. Parking is pretty good. We have had over ten cars come visit before with no problems finding a spot. So thats the good part. I also must include the bad. The paint is my biggest pet peeve. Everything in the apartment is painted the same color: the moldings, the walls, the ceiling, the outlets, the switches, everything. I understand the reasoning behind it, but come on. Maybe don't load the outlets with paint. All of the outlets, switches, and plates are covered in paint. I can't use half of the plugs in the apartment. Also, I know that many other complexes get a freshen-up clause in their lease agreement. This allows for fresh paint and touch-ups every so often. This place does not. We have a few faucet leaks here and there, but this is not exactly a new place. It is true about the floors and ceilings. You can hear EVERYTHING! I just turn up the TV or radio and deal with it. Overall, the positives of the place outweight the negatives.
