i lived in Cherry Hill for one year, the worst ever, apartments are filled with bugs, they come out from the windows and wall cracks, carpet are very old and after they shampoo them, give it 2 weeks and check out the smell,
the management is very unhelpful, they keep saying we are a family and so on, but Cherry Hill is giving you the apartment to serve people and that s your job, I reported "via voicemail because no one answers the phone" a leak in my kitchen in January 23, i left the apartment in October 2008 and it was not fixed
do not even think about washing your cloths in that place......it will stink

find some other place please.......you are risking your health in this shelter

All places have bugs when you live in the country, or didn't you know that. The washers don't stink,use detergent to wash your clothes, not water. carpets are not old, you just destroy the carpet and for the phone not being answered, I like to see you clean up the hallways, apartments(since no one knows how to clean),laundry rooms, pick up the grounds,chase after people like you that don't pay the rent and have to go to court. As for the leak, it was taken care of. The only way that apartments have bugs is if you bought them with you from the last place you lived at. Ever hear of that?

i paid my rent before the due date, and the washers do stink, maybe you are used to be that way. i moved to Ridge Field Apt and i have not seen a single bug, anyway i think your rating says it all, Cherry Hill do Stink, a Mafia runs that place and they think they own it eventhough their job is to clean and take care of the place (House Keeping that is). i was glad i got my security and left that dump, and for the writer, which is the manager daughter ofcourse, enjoy the garbage you live in
