Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
We moved here in August 2004. It seemed okay at first but pretty much went down hill from there. Nothing ever gets repaired and the people who worked here when we moved here have all either been fired or quit.
The townhouses are gernerally pretty poor condition with leaks and poor insulation. Expect to pay $300 a month for heat in winter. Outside expect to find glass and garbage everywhere. Just the other day we had to dodge the garbage bags strewn across the street!
This place is simple not worth the $1000 plus dollars they charge every month. Read the other posts here and take your money some place else!!!
