HORRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS,NO PLOWING,CLEAN YOUR OWN WALK,FALLING APART,SLUM LORDS,TRAP TO OUTSIDE THE AREA PEOPLE COMING INTO POUGHKEEPSIE.THE WORST PLACE I,VE EVER LIVED.PAY YOUR OWN HEAT/HOT WATER $400 A MONTH PLUS THE $1000 FOR RENT.OH MY ITS SICK
