Do not spend you time, energy or money renting from this establishment. The townhomes are shottily insulated (expect high cost energy bills). Expect your heat/hot water to give out on you at least 2 times each winter and don't expect anyone to respond to you immediately when you call. There is no parking, and don't expect to be able to get out of the complex during the winter because they do not believe in plowing. Service is horrible and rude. They only "fix" the issues and never fully replace or fully remedy the situation. We plan on running far far away when our lease is up this year, and to save you the headache, I warn you never to sign a lease with this place to begin with...save yourself the aggrevation.
