Do not waste your time looking at these town houses. The townhouses are in need on lots of repairs. And if you tell the office about them you will get a song and dance from them and a cob job repair. The heating and electric bills during the winter months will add on a $550 to $600 every two months to your bills that s if you keep your heat at 65. The wind blow thru the windows and doors and the baseboard leaks from the crawl space below so if you like cold air blowing around on the floors you will like it. You must wear your shoes down stair because the insulation in the crawl (o what insulation) makes the floors to cold to walk on. The parking lot is a joke there is now enough parking for the number of units and cars. Then when it snows and they decide to show up they just plow you in and push the snow onto open parking spots to add to the problem. If your rent is now paid on time expect a call from them asking for it.
