I lived above a psychotic neighbor who would scream and pound on the ceiling because the apartment had a creaky floor and the apartments aren't carpeted. Plus, my car was vandalized on 4 separate occasions (most likely by the psychotic neighbor, but I could never prove it).

There is only one garbage dumpster and depending on where you live you may have a long walk to throw away your trash. There are kids running all over the place all the time, so if you don't like alot of noise, I suggest you look elsewhere.
