if you live here you will see the hardwood floors are very noisy especially if you live in the basement apartment. its so loud the noise makes your teeth rattle. when someone is just simly walking around too. the rest of the apartment complex is ok. also the parking is always filled up and when i take a shower the water is cold almost always. also when you have problems in your apartment they are very slow to respond and when they do its not quality work.
