The leasing agent and maintence people are great. The problem is Hub Realty.They find existing problems and blame them on you.If you do move in take photos and document anything wrong( no matter how small) and have them sign off on it or they will blame you when you move out. They will do anything to keep your deposit.In addition I you really need to live here try to get an top floor apartment as the hardwood floors are noisy and creaky.
