While at first, this looks like a nice apartment on the surface. The wood floors are nice but there is no insulation in the floors so you hear everything from the neighbors upstairs. There is also no noise reduction material between apartments and you can actually hear normal conversation from next door. There are no assigned parking spaces and if you arrive home after 6pm parking is a nightmare! It would be fine for a college student but not for a working professional.
