OK, here it goes after much consideration I decided to move to Dutchess Apartments. I picked Dutchess for many reasons: 1) Arlington Schools 2) Property was well maintained and beautiful at first site 3) SWIMMING POOL!! 4) FREE STORAGE UNIT (I was paying $100.00 per month for one that size 5) free hot water & heat (no more high oil bills) 6)the hardwood floors 7) Laundry facitilies in every building (I didn't not have to lug my laundry that far down one flight of stairs) 8) It was a small complex. I moved here in 2001 have been here since & love it. If I have a problem it gets fixed right away anytime of the day or night. These are the reasons I picked Dutchess & these are the reason I still live here 8 years later!! My kids love it, they have friends to play with & we feel safe.
