The Geese are a terrible problem. They will filth up the entire path in front of your apartment. More and more each year. They fight and squabble at 5:00 AM in the morning.
Carpeting was new but became stetched out in only a year.
There is now way to take a comfortable shower. Drastic temperature swings for now reason.
Wood apartments with no Sprinkler system. Apartment across from me gutted by fire!
Staff are generaly helpful.
Apartments are kept in good comdition, but are overpriced for a 925$ one bedroom. No pool No community room .....Nothing for 925.
I had to put down 1800 for the security deposit which was ridiculous.
