Overall, I find this complex to be clean, well maintained and friendly. The new siding being put on all the buildings looks fantastic, however the tenants sure are paying for the aestetic change, as rent for a 1 bedroom is going up $110 this year! At move-in, the apartment was imaculate and everything appeared to be brand new.
On the downside, the geese are awful (droppings EVERYWHERE, and the outside lighting is very poor. Though it is a safe community, the lighting in parking areas needs to be improved.
