Have been stuck living here for 5 years due to personal / employment situation. The current 'renovation' project has been a nightmare with people coming into the apartment unannounced to replace doors and windows (with poor quality models) in the middle of the winter, when we had company etc. No effort is made to reduce the impact on living quality. In the units where you do not have your own water tank, there is ZERO control of the water temperature...if anyone of the other 30 or so residents in the bldg uses the water, it will cause you to get burned or frozen in the shower. Old & cheap model appliances, horrible construction quality... I can hear ever move my neighbors make. I usually wake up in the morning to sounds of banging over my bed. Moving out is extremely difficult as they force you out 3 business days before the end of the month which you have paid complete for. This place should be leveled to the ground.
