This place costs the same as living in a luxury apartment in northern california. However, there is nothing to show for the price in rent (which is about $1000 for a one bedroom apartment). There is geese droppings all over the apt complex and there is so much noise in the morning due to the constant construction that you will be forced to get up at 7am every morning. Laundry rooms can be far from your apartment, depending on where you live. Finally, the high school girl Kara at the rental office is rude and inconsiderate and will give you an attitude if you ask her anything but I guess i'd be bitter too if running the rental office at this place was the only job i could get.
