Ok place if you like boiling in the summer!

This is was a great place to live compared to neighboring complexes like Rivercrest, which is a disaster. They even returned my deposit! The only BAD thing about this complex, is that if you get a loft apartment, prepare to literally boil in the summer. There are big unreachable skylights with no coverings, and no real way to cover them either. That, and the only cooling unit in the entire apartment is a heat pump/AC on floor below the loft, which is totally underpowered. It was always at least 90 degrees in the loft during the summer, with the AC being on 100% of the time! Management can't do anything about it. They don't let you put in your own ACs, not that this would have helped much as loft has NO WINDOWS even though its the largest usable area in the apartment. This apartment is great if you love the heat and like to blast loud music though. Soundproof! Service is also, generally, top notch.
