The high rent does not justify what you get here. The management maintains the area around the leasing office very well so that they can grab more clients. The pond in front is clean, but the one at the back is never touched. You can park your car, but it may not be near your apartment. Ideally, the parking lots should be numbered, but then the management makes money by reserving space near your apartment. If one can forego facilities like the school district, proximity to IBM and the malls, then Hudson Harbor Apartments has nothing to offer.
