I lived here for 6 years when David Silver owned this property and never had a problem. Staff was great, attentive, caring, and SCREENED renters carefully! Increases were moderate. In the two years since theyve taken over, my rent has been jacked up a total of $225.00 (yep, only two years), Ive had office staff be blatently rude when I've called to report problems with the laundry room and grounds, and the maintenance staff now consists of men I would cross the street to avoid, much less allow in my home. Teenagers hang out on the playground untill all hours, making noise and leaving broken bottles and other assorted debris around in the morning. Nobody in the office cares.
From researching AIMCO, this seems to be their MO. Take over a decent place, jack the rent, rent to anybody with a pulse, and drive all the "old-timers" out.

I'm thinking of moving here and was wondering if anyone has more comments about the service, quality, safety, quietness, etc. Thanks.

AMICO sucks! I just moved out of Chelsea Ridge. Don't rent any where that Amico runs!
